Thomas Ilse - Director of Finance
What is your role?
My name is Thomas Ilse, and I am the Director of Finance at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. In this role, I am responsible for both the administrative and financial day-to-day operations, as well as the planning and budgeting for the entire property.
What makes your department special?
Every single business transaction flows through our department – from reservations and parking garage entries to processing guest payments for transfers. Nothing escapes our attention (except by design).
How would you describe the team and collaboration?
Our team culture is defined by helpfulness and versatility: everyone can do everything. What applies to our external guests also applies to our internal customers. We work closely with all departments, especially HR, Engineering, and Front Office.
