My name is Richard Philipp Reeschke, Front Office Manager at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. In the flagship of the Oetker Hotels, I’m not only responsible for seamless operations but also the curator of our guest experience. In Baden-Baden, where history meets traditional grand hospitality, I lead the “heart of the house” – the Front Desk. We are the conductors of a 24/7 operation that never sleeps, and every day we write a new chapter of world-class service.
How would you describe the team culture?

Which departments do you work closely with?
As the Front Office, we are the central hub. We are in constant coordination with Housekeeping to ensure perfect suites, with the Concierge for exclusive UNESCO World Heritage tours, and with our culinary teams for personalized dining experiences. Without us, the wheel of the hotel simply wouldn’t turn.
