Introduction & Role
We are the host trio at Fritz & Felix:
Luisa Groll (Restaurant Manager), Tim Böker (Bar Manager), and Farid Fazel (Head Chef).
Fritz & Felix is stylish, laid-back, and at the same time a modern meeting point – for our hotel guests, locals from Baden-Baden, and anyone who wants to get to know us.
Here, you’ll experience Casual Fine Dining in a relaxed atmosphere. At the heart of it all is our impressive Charcoa Grill: measuring 3 meters and weighing 3 tons, it’s one of the largest in Europe.
The bar delights with creative cocktails, exceptional drinks, and regular events – from live music to DJ sets. This is where indulgence meets that special vibe.

At Fritz & Felix, we work hand in hand with the breakfast team to ensure smooth preparations for each other.
We also collaborate closely with Reservations, Front Desk, and Concierge – they help bring many of our guests to us.
