What is your role?
My name is Mario Corti, and I work as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. In my role, I am responsible for the entire Food & Beverage department to ensure our guests continuously enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience.

How would you describe the team and collaboration?
The team culture in our F&B department is characterized by mutual respect, openness, and strong collaboration. We work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Event Management to ensure our guests always enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.
