Introduction & Role
My name is Manuel Kauer, and for over 15 years I have been working with great passion as a host in the luxury hospitality industry. In my role as Front of House Manager, I am responsible for the Front Office, Guest Relations, and the Concierge Desk. Together with my teams, I ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome from the very first moment and feel exceptionally well cared for throughout their entire stay. My personal ambition is to combine excellent service with genuine attention to detail and the highest level of professionalism.

Our department has the unique responsibility—and privilege—of creating so‑called “magic moments” for our guests. It is often the small, seemingly subtle details that transform a stay into something truly extraordinary. Through personalized service, attentiveness, and a true passion for hospitality, we create lasting memories and turn each stay into an unforgettable experience.
How would you describe the team culture within your department?
Our team culture is defined by mutual appreciation, strong support, and a deep sense of togetherness. The Front Office, Guest Relations, and Concierge teams work closely and trustfully side by side. Only through this seamless collaboration are we able to offer our guests a smooth journey and service at the highest level.
