Christine Martin - Breakfast Manager

Introduction & Role

My name is Christine Martin, and I am the Breakfast Manager at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. My role is to ensure our guests enjoy a perfect breakfast experience every morning – from organizing the service to coordinating with the kitchen and the entire team.

What makes your department special?

Breakfast is the first impression of the day – and we make sure it’s unforgettable. Fresh products, excellent service, and seamless teamwork among all involved make our department truly unique.

How would you describe the team and collaboration?

Teamwork is absolutely essential for us. Only when service, kitchen, and dishwashing work hand in hand can everything run smoothly. Clear communication, efficient task distribution, mutual support, and trust are the foundation for providing the best experience to our guests. We work closely with the Front Office (for breakfast lists), the kitchen, the dishwashing team, and Housekeeping, which ensures our restaurants are spotless every day.
