Health and Wellness
Caring for our hoteliers is one of our greatest priorities. That is why we offer benefits that promote health, balance, and quality of life. Our employees enjoy Amil medical and dental plans with private rooms, access to the TotalPass membership, transportation between the hotel and the nearest Urban Terminal and a team members exclusive restaurant. Every detail is designed to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being throughout each stage of the professional journey.

Work Schedule
Continuously evolving, Palácio Tangará reaffirms its commitment to employee well-being by adopting the 5x2 work schedule — becoming the first luxury hotel to implement this model. The new structure reduces the weekly workload from 44 to 42 hours, with no change in salary, underscoring our dedication to providing greater balance between professional and personal life, while maintaining the same standard of excellence that defines us.
