Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, founded in 1822 and now reimagined as an elegant 50-room luxury property managed by Oetker Hotels, has partnered with Casa Tua since 2026 to create a unique collection of dining experiences: Casa Tua, the signature restaurant; Fuoco by Casa Tua, the rooftop restaurant and bar; and Mare by Casa Tua, the seaside restaurant and beach club.

Missions: As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, the role is responsible for creating a warm and memorable first impression for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival experience within our Food & Beverage outlets. The position supports the restaurant team by managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, handling guest enquiries, and maintaining an efficient flow of service. As one of the first points of contact, the Hostess embodies the style, elegance, and hospitality standards of Casa Tua, presenting a polished and professional image while fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for every guest.
Profile: The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and guest service, with previous experience in a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and confidence in managing reservations, guest requests, and telephone enquiries. A naturally warm personality, impeccable grooming standards, and an elegant, well-presented appearance are essential, as the Hostess represents the image of the restaurant and plays a key role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure. Knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems is highly valued
Advanced English is required to communicate confidently and effectively with our international guests, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and engaging experience at all times.
