Candidate Profile

As an Engineering Coordinator you will be an exceptional team player and excellent communicator. Attention to details is essential for this role while liaising with the team, other departments and contractors. This role is supporting the Head of Engineering with administrative duties and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate contractor bookings, daily visits and access arrangements, acting as their day to day point of contact.

· Maintain the planned maintenance schedule and coordinate daily room maintenance with Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office.

· Carry out stocktakes, arrange ordering, and prepare purchase orders.

Key Requirements

The ideal Engineering Coordinator would be able to demonstrate the following attributes

· Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally within a hotel, engineering or facilities management environment.

· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.

· Clear communication skills, confidence working across departments, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Immaculate grooming standards.
