Mission: The Steward will be responsible for the setting up of wares for dining outlets and events, retrieving and washing soiled wares, transporting supplies to and from the Kitchen and to and from food to service areas. The successful candidate will assist and support the culinary team by cleaning and maintaining equipment in designated areas.

Profile: 

• A minimum of 1 year’d experience in a similar role. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.

• Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well independently with little supervision

• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as exert physical effort in transporting bottles and cases, and endure various physical movements in the work area.

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License and Food Handlers Certificate required
