Mission: The Butler is responsible for providing world-class, personalized service on an as-needed basis, while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every aspect of the guest experience exceeds expectations. Successful candidates will be flexible, discreet, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized butler service to luxury villa and residence guests, inclusive of welcoming guests upon arrival and providing villa orientation.

• Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements and personalize guest experiences.

• Manage unpacking and packing services upon request and assist with wardrobe care, shoe care, pressing, and luggage handling as needed.

• Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, excursions, and special celebrations.

• Serve food and beverages following luxury service standards.

• Maintain villa presentation and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary, and other departments.

• Prepare and replenish minibars and guest amenities.

• Always maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently.

Profile: 

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License and Food Handlers’ Certificate required.

• Knowledge of Forbes and LQA Standards preferred.

• Applicable certifications/degrees preferable.

• Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
