Mission: The Beach & Sports Attendant is responsible for assisting all guests with all Beach & Sports activities and requests, as well as maintaining safe and immaculate state of the beach, the swimming pool(s), the water sports and activity equipment, facilities and boats.

Profile: 

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferrably within a luxury environment.

• Knowledge of and ability to instruct on several activities such as, but not limited to, snorkeling, tubing, waterskiing and wakeboarding.

• Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well independently.

• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as exert physical effort in transporting items, and endure various physical movements in the work area.

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License required to drive company vehicles.

• Valid Boat Master's License required.
