Our project team is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Corporate Office in Paris starting as soon as possible.
Missions :
Project Coordination & Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects to ensure compliance with design, quality, and operational standards.
Technical & Supplier Management: Coordinate technical requests, manage supplier interactions, oversee quotations, purchasing follow-up, and FFE/OSE logistics.
Administration & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, meeting records, reports, presentations, budgets, and project repositories.
Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenses, ensure pricing integrity, optimize costs, and monitor resource allocation.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify issues, develop practical solutions, prioritize tasks, and support project handover and completion.
Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with owners, corporate teams, hotel teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards, health & safety requirements, HACCP, LQA, Forbes, AAA, CSR, and sustainability commitments.
Professionalism & Values: Act in accordance with Oetker Hotels values, demonstrate professionalism, and actively participate in training and People & Culture initiatives.
Profile :
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Project quality and risk management mindset
Technical proficiency, including MS Office, MS Project, technical drawings/documents, and familiarity with AI tools.

Benefits :
