Senior Procurement Manager

The Procurement Team is looking for the new Senior Procurement Manager, to join the Paris or Sophia Antipolis Corporate Office, starting from December 2026.
Your role as a Procurement Manager is to drive procurement performance across the organization by leading sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable value through strategic negotiations. You will be responsible for identifying cost optimization opportunities, implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives, and ensuring the effective execution of procurement initiatives across the properties. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and supporting the development of high-performing supplier partnerships.
Missions :
Define and implement purchasing strategies across key category spending areas (F&B)
Contribute to the overall procurement performance
Manage strategic supplier relationships at group level
Drive supplier performance through KPIs
Lead supplier negotiations at group level across key categories
Track savings and ensure implementation at property level
Participate in a monthly meeting with each local procurement manager to develop operational opportunities
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Clear and concise communication adapted to different audiences (operational teams, finance and procurement, suppliers)
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Ability to align different stakeholders towards common procurement objectives
Skills :
Good understanding of ultra luxury hotels supplier F&B market and sourcing best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align multiple stakeholders and prepare and deliver clear, structured and synthetic reports and presentations
Strong understanding of operational constraints in a hospitality environment
Business-oriented mindset with focus on value creation
Education and experience :
4 to 5 years of higher education
Languages :
Fluency in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus.
