The IT Team is looking for the new IT Manager Data & Integrations, to join the Paris Corporate Office, starting from September 2026.
The Manager IT, Data & Integrations is responsible for the governance, architecture, quality, and optimization of enterprise data and integration platforms across hotel properties and corporate systems. This role ensures the reliability, consistency, and security of data across multiple databases (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.) and manages integrations between core business applications and enterprise platforms.
Missions :
Leadership & Governance
Collaborate in defining and implementing the enterprise data and integration strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
Establish governance frameworks for data quality, data ownership, and integration standards.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Data Management & Database Architecture
Oversee the design, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise databases (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality across all business systems.
Define and enforce data models, data standards, and master data governance practices.
Optimize database performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Integrations & API Management
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between core applications (e.g. Opera PMS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, 7Rooms) and enterprise platforms.
Manage middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft) and API ecosystems.
Ensure robust API design, lifecycle management, versioning, and documentation.
Oversee data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across systems.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and monitoring of integrations.
Data Quality & Monitoring
Define and monitor KPIs for data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness).
Implement data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms for data pipelines and integrations.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of data issues across systems.
AI & Innovation
Enable integration of third-party platforms including AI/LLM models with business systems.
Ensure secure and compliant data usage in AI-driven processes.
Support data platform evolution (data lakes, analytics platforms, etc.) in collaboration with data teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance automation and intelligence through data integration.
Profile :
Skills :
Data architecture and database management (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)
Integration platforms and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft)
API design and management
Data modelling and data governance
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Enterprise applications (PMS, CRM, hospitality systems)
Data security and compliance (GDPR, ISO principles)
Performance optimization and scalability

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High integrity and confidentiality
Customer-centricmindset
Education and experience :
4 to 5 years of higher education
Languages :
Fluency in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus.
Benefits :
Remuneration between 52 000 and 65 000 gross annual
