The People & Culture team is looking for its future Head of Talent Development & Masterpiece Academy to join the Corporate Office in Paris and drive our global learning and talent strategy.

Your Role : 

As Head of Talent Development & Masterpiece Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and talent across Oetker Hotels. You will lead a passionate team of two, inspire a culture of continuous development, and position learning as a key driver of performance, engagement, and transformation.

LEARNING STRATEGY :

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Masterpiece Academy (our internal Learning Academy)

• Position the Academy as a powerful lever for people development, performance, and organizational transformation

• Set clear learning priorities and ensure alignment with global strategic objectives

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT :

• Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives across Oetker Hotels

• Strengthen leadership pipelines and design impactful programs for high-potential talents

TRAINING FACILITATION & LEARNING EXPERIENCE :

• Serve as a lead facilitator and inspirational learning role model across Oetker Hotels

• Elevate learning content to ensure excellence, innovation, and strong business relevance

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that drive real impact and knowledge transfer

LEARNING OPERATIONS & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION :

• Lead and develop Learning & Internal Communication activities

• Manage a network of internal and external trainers, partners, and providers

• Ensure high-quality learning delivery and stakeholder alignment across all Oetker Hotels

ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE :

• Drive team member engagement and culture initiatives

• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Your Profile : 

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms

• Proven expertise in learning facilitation, people development, and talent development

• Ability to analyze data and assess learning impact

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Fluency in French and English
