Candidate Profile

As General Manager Club & Spa you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You will be responsible the leading the Club & Spa team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service and take pride in creating an unrivalled guest experience.

You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.
