The Social Media & Content Intern supports the day-to-day activities of the Oetker Hotels Communications team, with a focus on social media, content creation, and digital brand development. Working closely with the Content Manager, the intern helps plan, produce, organize, and publish content that reflects the brand’s identity across all channels.

Missions : 

• Assist in developing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Support the creation of digital assets (photos, videos, stories, reels, TikTok edits).

• Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions.

• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

• Support with hotel openings.

• Monitor trends and propose creative ideas aligned with the Oetker Hotels positioning.

• Support page moderation and community interactions across platforms.

• Monitor performance indicators and prepare basic reports on content performance.

• Support the Content Manager in day-to-day operational tasks (updates, organization, presentation decks, tracking sheets).

• Coordinate with properties and shared services to gather content, updates.

• Ensure brand compliance when publishing or adapting content.

• Help maintain digital asset organization (naming, tagging, archiving).

• As part of the communications department, assist the other communications team members with reports, presentations and any other projects ongoing.

Profile : 

• Creativity and a strong eye for photography, videography and storytelling

• Content creation background is a plus

• Attention to detail

• Organized and able to multitask

• Team spirit and curiosity

• Familiarity with Instagram & TikTok

• Basic knowledge of editing tools (InDesign, Photoshop, CapCut or similar)

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel

• Good level of English. French or German a plus
