Missions :
The Dining Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming calls related to the hotel’s dining outlets, making reservations, providing menu and outlet information, and processing in-room dining orders. This role ensures seamless guest service by accurately entering orders into the POS system and coordinating with relevant departments to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Profile :
Answer all incoming calls related to hotel dining outlets in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Provide information about restaurant hours, menus, special events, dress codes, and general outlet details.
Make dining reservations using the hotel’s reservation software, ensuring accuracy in guest details, preferences, and special requests.
Maintain an organized reservations system, ensuring proper guest flow and capacity management.
Communicate closely with outlet managers and teams regarding special requests.
Answer all internal guest calls for In-Room Dining in accordance with hotel service standards.
Guide guests through the menu when needed, offering recommendations and answering questions.
Accurately enter all food, beverage, and amenity orders into the POS system, ensuring correct modifiers, timing, and delivery details.
Communicate special requests, dietary needs, and timing expectations to the culinary and service teams.
Ensure all orders meet hotel quality and accuracy standards before dispatching to service staff.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menus—including seasonal changes, allergens, ingredients, and promotions.
Use POS, reservation platforms, and internal communication systems efficiently and accurately.
Assist with maintaining reservation reports, outlet call logs, and guest preference notes.
Ensure all guest interactions are properly documented when required.
Uphold hotel service standards, delivering warm, genuine, and attentive guest service.
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, promotions, and events to assist guests effectively.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
What you bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, call center, or guest service role preferred; Food & Beverage experience a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone demeanor.
Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software (training provided).
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and guest‑focused mindset.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
