Mission: The Front Office Supervisor will provide support to the Front of House leadership team in the overall operation of the Front Office and the Concierge Host program. The ideal candidate must maintain a thorough knowledge of all front of house operations, guest activities and administrative tasks. With strong organizational skills, the Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the guest experience is luxurious and in- keeping with the company's standards.
Profile:
A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
Applicable Certifications and/or Degree(s)
Knowledge of Opera PMS and KnowCross an asset
Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License
