Missions: The Bartender is responsible for delivering an elevated cocktail and wine service while ensuring flawless execution of all bar operations. The position also involves coaching and supervising the bar trainee to uphold service excellence. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, the Bartender consistently provides refined, attentive, and courteous service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Every guest should feel genuinely welcomed, personally valued, and, whenever possible, addressed by name.

Profile: The Bartender ensures full bar readiness by executing opening and closing procedures, managing storage, preparation, and inventory levels, and preparing beverages promptly and in line with quality standards while minimizing spillage and operational costs. The role includes maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness routines, ensuring compliance with brand policies and regulations, monitoring product quality, and reporting operational issues or inventory discrepancies to the Head Bartender. The Bartender must remain calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment, work well under pressure, provide informed menu recommendations, and maintain positive internal and external relationships while consistently demonstrating professional and ethical conduct.
