The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent attention to detail and maintains a high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Profile:
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as Revenue or Reservations Manager within a luxury resort environment.
Applicable qualifications/certifications desirable.
Detailed knowledge of Opera 5.0 and other systems required.
Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled at forecasting techniques and detailed knowledge of revenue management, GDS and distribution channels, meal plans and pricing and group sales process and contracted required.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and deliver accurate results under pressure.
Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours where and as needed.
