Mission: The Spa Supervisor will provide support to the Spa Director in the overall operation of the Spa and Wellness program. The ideal candidate must maintain a thorough knowledge of all treatments, massages and fitness and wellness activities. With strong administration and organizational skills, the Spa Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the guest experience is luxurious and keeping with the company's standards.
Profile:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
Applicable Certifications and/or Degree(s)
Knowledge of Opera PMS and TAC
Knowledge of and/or experience in administering spa, salon and/or wellness treatments an asset.
Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License
