Missions: We are looking for a vigilant, reliable, and highly professional Security Agent to join our partner company. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel property, while promoting a secure environment through active monitoring, prevention, and compliance with legal and internal security standards. The Security Agent will also contribute to staff training and awareness on safety procedures, delivering excellent support and service in a discreet, professional manner.
Profile: In this position, you will ensure the security of the hotel’s premises, property, and people through constant surveillance of CCTV systems and on‑site patrols, guaranteeing the proper functioning of all security and fire‑safety equipment. You will monitor and manage all hotel access points and staff entry, participate in the operations of the surveillance office—including safe deposit services, cash handling, and video control—and oversee the management of the hotel’s keys and safes. You will monitor alarms (windows, roofs, intrusion systems, beepers, etc.), ensure the correct functioning of the Fire Safety System (SSI), and inspect emergency resources such as fire doors, extinguishers, and emergency units. Additionally, you will train and raise employee awareness on fire safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and emergency door clearance; ensure full compliance with current safety standards and internal procedures; support communication and coordination across departments; contribute to the onboarding and training of new employees; and assist or replace colleagues as needed to maintain exceptional service quality.
