Missions: We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our partner company’s Pastry Department. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and execution of pastry items within their assigned section, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency. This role requires strong technical pastry skills, precision, and the ability to support and guide a team while contributing to a smooth and efficient pastry production process.
Profile: In this position, you will organize and coordinate the work of pastry cooks and subordinates in the preparation of desserts and baked goods within your assigned section, ensuring that all directives from the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef are accurately followed; you will oversee the quality of ingredients, participate in stock management, and ensure that all pastry items meet the required standards of taste, texture, and presentation. You will maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in your work area, collaborate with the management team to structure daily pastry tasks, support production during peak service hours, facilitate effective communication within the pastry team, and ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
