Mission: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the restaurant are managed in keeping with Jumby Bay's service standards, while delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will manage department team members, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency through the effective planning, organizing and directing of the restaurant operations.

The ideal Finance Manager will have strong leadership and people management skills, analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and maintains a high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Profile:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Applicable certifications/degrees preferrable.
Knowledge of Forbes an LQA Service Standards preferred.
Knowledge of SevenRooms and Micros an asset.
Demonstrated ability to lead and train teams to deliver service and operational excellence.
Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
Full fluence of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours where and as needed.
