Missions: As a Concierge Agent at Hotel La Palma, you will be the trusted point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service and creating unforgettable experiences. Your role is to anticipate guest needs, provide expert recommendations, and arrange bespoke services that reflect the elegance and exclusivity of Capri. From organizing private transfers and reservations to curating unique island experiences, you will ensure every detail of our guests’ stay is seamless and exceptional. This position requires a passion for hospitality, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to luxury standards.
Profile: The role focuses on delivering personalized guest service from arrival through departure. Key duties include warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing clear information about hotel amenities and policies. You organize a wide range of services such as private transfers, taxis, car or scooter rentals, yacht and boat charters, as well as restaurant bookings and beach club reservations.
You support guests with tailored recommendations on attractions, cultural tours, hiking trails, and entertainment, offering maps, directions, and insider tips. The position includes arranging spa appointments, special occasions, flower deliveries, gifts, shopping assistance, and photography sessions.
The role also handles practical needs, including courier services, wake‑up calls, childcare arrangements, medical appointments, lost and found inquiries, and currency or banking guidance. You ensure smooth communication between hotel departments, maintain detailed guest profiles, and manage all reservations made on behalf of guests.
A strong emphasis is placed on confidentiality, especially for VIP or celebrity guests, resolving concerns with professionalism, and promoting hotel services and exclusive experiences. Tailoring itineraries, staying updated on local events, and responding promptly to guest requests are essential parts of the position.
