Mission: As a Residences Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional and memorable stay. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various aspects of their visit, from pre-arrival arrangements to addressing on-site needs and providing a personalized and seamless experience. A summary of key responsibilities include:
Pre-Arrival Coordination: Assist guests in planning their visit, from transportation to special requests.
Guest Arrival and Greeting: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
Concierge Services: Offer expert recommendations for local activities, dining, and experiences, and assist with reservations.
Guest Relations: Be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Villa Management: Check all villas/private residences prior to guest arrival to ensure they are prepared to required standards.
Special Requests: Fulfill guest requests, from romantic celebrations to special occasions, with care and creativity.
Communication: Keep guests informed about resort events, activities, and any changes in schedules.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns professionally and effectively, collaborating with other departments as needed.
Guest Feedback: Seek feedback from guests to continuously improve services and elevate the guest experience.
Profile:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel operations. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
Strong administrative knowledge, along with proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong experience in Opera an asset.
Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently with little supervision
Strong leadership capabilities with proactive attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License required
