Missions: As a Reservations Agent for Hotel La Palma, Oetker Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for an elite clientele seeking an exceptional luxury experience.
You will handle reservations with the utmost attention to details, ensuring each guest’s needs are anticipated and met with a personalized touch.
Your role will contribute to the deliver a seamless guest experience, reflecting the brand’s commitment to “Masterpiece Hotels” and exceptional hospitality.
Profile: The reservations Agent holds a permit to work in the EU, is fluent in English with an additional language preferred, and possesses a High School Diploma or University Degree, supported by previous experience in Reservations or Front Office/Guest Relations within luxury hospitality.
The role handles guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism across phone, email, and online platforms, providing tailored information about the hotel, accommodations, and exclusive experiences. Personalizes each reservation by capturing preferences, special requests, and VIP details, while managing the Concierge inbox during closure periods until the team resumes. Ensures seamless coordination with Guest Relations, Concierge, and all hotel departments, consistently embodying the Oetker Hotels philosophy through heartfelt, refined, and highly personalized service.
The reservations agent collaborates with the Reservations Manager and Revenue team to support occupancy goals by applying revenue management strategies, maximizing room availability and pricing, and driving upselling of suites, bespoke experiences, and seasonal promotions. Brings essential experience in luxury hospitality across Reservations or Front Office/Guest Relations roles, ensuring high standards of performance and service.
