Mission: The responsibility of the Food & Beverage Coordinator is to provide administrative and operational support to the overall Food & Beverage division, provide administrative support the Food & Beverage management team, as well as to act as liaison between Food & Beverage Management and the rest of the outlets, teams and other departments.
Profile:
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in Resort Operations and Administration, with a background in Food & Beverage an asset
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong experience in Opera, Micros and SevenRooms assets
- Experience with Inventory Management System an asset
- Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently with little supervision
- Strong leadership capabilities with proactive attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License required
