Missions: Set up the rooms and common areas according to the information given by the management. Handle small equipment within the building. Participate in the cleaning of common areas, windows, exterior spaces and rooms according to the requirements of the service.
Profile: The Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and proper presentation of all common areas, including lobbies, restaurants, terraces, and restrooms. Duties include cleaning windows, balconies, textiles, carpets, and maintaining floors as instructed. The role also involves handling linen carts, restocking supplies, and assisting with room setups.
They report any issues, guest complaints, or lost items to supervisors, and maintain regular communication to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Flexibility is required, as the attendant may support other housekeeping tasks based on operational needs.
