Missions: The mission of the Maintainer role is to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of all hotel structures, systems, and equipment. This includes general, preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance activities, both in the main areas of the hotel (guest rooms, SPA, restaurants, common areas) and in external facilities such as our Beach Club. The maintainer ensures high-quality standards and a safe environment for guests and employees, responding promptly to any technical request and contributing to maintaining the property’s professional image.

Profile: The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with a strong aptitude for manual work. The maintenance technician must be confident in using tools, equipment, and performing hands‑on tasks, demonstrating precision, attention to detail, and responsibility in all operational activities. A proactive approach, well‑developed manual abilities, the capacity to act quickly, and confidence in handling physical tasks—such as lifting, repetitive movements, and work in complex spaces—are essential.

In addition to these qualities, the role requires a strong inclination for continuous learning: the ability to absorb new procedures, adapt to different systems or technologies, observe and improve one’s performance over time. Technical curiosity, mental flexibility, and a willingness to engage in ongoing training are key elements for effective collaboration with colleagues, external technicians, and internal departments.

Professionalism, emotional maturity, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate respectfully and calmly even in urgent situations complete the profile. Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury environments, is considered an asset, along with good language skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.
