Missions:
The Night Supervisor is responsible for all hotel operations during the overnight shift, with a focus on Front Office, night audit, and safety. They ensure a well-organized and courteous guest check-in and check-out process, handling payments and transactions in line with established procedures. The role includes supervising the Guest Relations team, enforcing LQA standards, promoting teamwork, and maintaining staff morale. The Night Supervisor manages nightly financial checks, staff scheduling, and communicates new operational procedures. Acting as the main point of contact for guests and staff during the night, they handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly. Additionally, they implement measures to minimize chargebacks and refunds, ensuring efficient and secure service.
Profile:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
