Missions: As a Back Concierge Agent at Hotel La Palma, you will work behind the scenes to ensure the flawless execution of guest requests and concierge services. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing reservations, and supporting the front-line concierge team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will handle administrative tasks, confirm bookings, liaise with local partners, and maintain accurate records to guarantee that every guest interaction reflects the luxury and exclusivity of our property. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in creating seamless, personalized stays for our guests.
Profile: The role involves full management of concierge requests, including confirming reservations for restaurants, tours, activities, and transportation services (private transfers and taxis), as well as coordinating yacht and boat charters. It requires maintaining accurate records of all guest requests, updating the system in real time, and verifying each reservation prior to guest arrival.
You will manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating availability and terms, and arranging additional services such as spa and wellness appointments, babysitting, flower deliveries, gifts, photography sessions, private guides, and beach club bookings. The role also includes preparing personalized itineraries, welcome notes, and service confirmations.
Administrative tasks are part of the responsibilities, including monitoring vendor performance, managing rates and charges, preparing daily reports, supporting the concierge team during peak periods, and ensuring confidentiality. The role also involves assisting with special services, VIP arrangements, urgent or last‑minute requests, and promoting exclusive hotel experiences.
